Foundations 60/75 min

Foundations is a great way to deepen your practice and explore poses. Heat builds slowly throughout this practice with longer holds and focused breathing. Each week, we unpack poses with variations and explanations. If you are curious or having difficulty accessing a pose, this class is for you.

Questions are welcomed. The asana differs from week to week to allow for more time targeting specific areas of the body, such as hips and shoulders, allowing you to build strength and flexibility. This class is perfect for all levels.

Power Vinyasa 45/60/75/90 min

A heated class, this Baptiste-inspired sequence provides a whole-body experience designed to enable you to access your full potential. Taught in a straightforward manner, this physical power practice builds strength, centers the mind, and stretches the body, leaving you sweaty and energized. All levels of experience are welcome.

Power Slow Flow 60/75 min

A heated class, this Baptiste-inspired vinyasa flow moves at a pace that allows you to build strength, sink deep into poses, and discover something new. All levels of experience are welcome.

Restorative 75 min

In an unheated class, restorative yoga is intended to provide a space for physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, it is practiced at a slow pace with long supported holds. You can expect to hold poses for 5 minutes or longer, supported with yoga props, and will only perform a handful of poses. All levels of experience are welcome.

Yin 75 min

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that incorporates Chinese medicine principles. It involves longer holds of 3 to 5 minutes and a focus on breath. Counter poses are also offered. Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to connective tissues of the body, including the tendons, ligaments, and fascia, with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Yin yoga accesses the parasympathetic nervous system for a meditative experience that emphasizes the stillness of body and mind. It is a great compliment to more active forms of yoga or exercise.
