Membership Usage & Renewal
Intro Offers are valid once per person. Yoga Unlimited, Yoga Unlimited – Student, Legacy, and Original Glower Memberships will automatically renew until you cancel. All class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable (from one person to another). Terms and conditions apply.
Membership Cancellation Policy
All membership cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to be processed. We do not accept membership cancellations by phone call, voicemail, text message, or in person.
To cancel your membership, please email us at mark@alignwithglow.com with your full name and a clear request to cancel.
Cancellations must be received at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
Late Cancellations & No Shows
If you need to cancel, please remove yourself from class at least 2 hours before the start time. Members who late cancel or no-show will be charged $10. If you are using a class pass, the class will be deducted. Drop-ins are nonrefundable if you do not attend. This helps us make space for clients who are able to come.
All specialty classes and events, including masterclasses, sound healing sessions, and live music classes, are non-refundable. Once a reservation is made and payment is completed, it cannot be canceled, transferred, or refunded.
Thank you for being a part of our community. We hope to see you again soon.
