Membership / Service Terms

Purchasing a Monthly Membership or Class Package (“Services”) offered by 1Sun2Moons, LLC d/b/a Glow Yoga & Juice Bar (“Glow”) entitles you to use of the facilitates and participation in the scheduled classes at Glow. Failure to attend or utilize the Services, or the cancellation of classes, does not relieve you of any liability for membership, package, or individual session fees except as set forth in this Agreement.

Glow offers multiple types of membership, packages, or session package options to purchase our Services. If you purchase a monthly membership (Yoga Unlimited, Legacy or Yoga Unlimited-Student) (together “Monthly Membership”) the membership is recurring and does not have an expiration date. Your membership is renewed on the first of every month. If you purchase a Monthly Membership after the first of that month, you are only required to pay a prorated amount, and the full payment will be due on the first of the next month. first of the following month. The Monthly Membership and this Agreement shall continue until you cancel with Glow.

You may cancel at any time by providing seven (7) business days’ notice via email to [email protected] or by using the Contact function on the Glow’s website (www.alignwithglow.com).

Glow has the ability to increase monthly rates for the Monthly Membership by providing thirty (30) days prior written notice to you, and that Glow may cancel your membership at any time without advanced notice, if deemed necessary in its sole discretion (e.g., due to non-payment of fees, or due to behavior inconsistent with our goal of providing a respectful, comfortable and safe environment). A Monthly Memberships cannot be paused. However, at Glow’s sole discretion, Glow may pause a membership for a long-term medical condition, provided it receives satisfactory documentation upon request. Glow may give guest passes to Monthly Members to share with non-monthly members. However, non-monthly members may only use up to three (3) guest passes per calendar year.

You have the option to purchase individual session classes or package class sessions, which may include some promotional offers at a one-time fixed cost outlined at the time of purchase (“Class Packages”). Upon purchase, unless otherwise stated herein, all Class Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable to any other individual and have a two (2) year expiration date from the day purchased. To be clear, Drop-in class purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable and have a two (2) year expiration date from the day purchased.

Fees are payable by electronic funds transfer from the purchaser’s checking account, savings account, credit card account, or debit card account. For recurring fees, such as Monthly Membership, the purchaser must authorize payments to be made through a third-party administered electronic funds transfer system. If payment is returned, rejected, or dishonored, Glow management shall, in each instance, assess a charge equal to any actual charge imposed against Glow and collect the current and past-due balance of fees owed to Glow.

I acknowledge and understand the existence of risk in connection with my participation in activities and use of facilities, attending classes, and otherwise using any equipment of Glow, including but not limited to the risk of cardiovascular-related disease or other illness or injury. I further understand that there is no substitute for a full medical evaluation and advice prior to undertaking any such activity or utilizing the facilities and classes.

I AM AWARE AND UNDERSTAND THAT PARTICIPATING IN THE SERVICES OR PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT AT GLOW IS A POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITY AND INVOLVES THE RISK OF PERSONAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL INJURY, PAIN, SUFFERING, TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT DISABILITY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, AND/OR FINANCIAL LOSS. NOTWITHSTANDING THE RISK, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THE SERVICES OFFERED AT GLOW WITH AN EXPRESS UNDERSTANDING OF THE DANGER INVOLVED AND HEREBY AGREE TO ACCEPT AND ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS OF INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN THE SERVICES WHETHER CAUSED BY THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF GLOW OR OTHERWISE.
