I adopted a handsome German shepherd 4 years ago & he’s definitely my reason to rise & shine!

What would surprise people?
I think people would be surprised that I’m from New Orleans.

Coconut gelato with shaved dark chocolate!

Surprised as a yoga teacher?
I’m not really surprised as much as I’m fascinated that so many individual people walk into our studio for different reasons, but by the end of each practice, everyone leaves as a part of our larger community.

I know everyone feels like this, but truly my kids are what puts a smile on my face (well…maybe tequila, too! lol!).
